Trademark Objection Reply
When a trademark examiner raises objections in the examination report citing absolute or relative grounds, the applicant must file a detailed counter-statement within 30 days (extendable to 2 months). We analyze the examination report, draft a comprehensive reply with legal arguments, case law citations, and supporting evidence, and file it on the IP India portal.

Trademark Certificate
Upon successful examination and completion of the opposition window, the IP India office issues the Trademark Registration Certificate. Trademark Hearing

Trademark Rectification
If a registered trademark causes confusion, was registered in bad faith, or is no longer in use, any aggrieved party can file for rectification before the Registrar or Intellectual Property Appellate Board (IPAB).
