PF Registration
Every establishment employing 20 or more persons must register under the Employees' Provident Funds and Miscellaneous Provisions Act, 1952. ESIC Registration
Establishments with 10 or more employees (certain categories require 20) in notified areas must register under the Employees' State Insurance Act, 1948. We register the employer on the ESIC portal, obtain the employer code, issue ESI cards to employees, and set up the contribution filing cycle. ESIC provides medical, maternity, disability, and dependent benefits to covered employees.

Monthly Return Filing
Monthly PF returns (ECR) and ESIC returns (Monthly Contribution) must be filed before the 15th of the following month with simultaneous payment of contributions.
